Q: How will flight arrangements be like?
A: Each traveller is responsible for their own flight bookings and you may book flights based on your own preferences. Please take note of airport transfer schedule as advised on the trip itinerary (Otaru / Central Hokkaido).

​Q: Is full payment required upon making a booking?
A: Yes, full payment is required to confirm your booking with us.

Q: How can payment be made?
A: All payments can be made through our website via credit card or bank transfer (only available for Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan).
Q: What are the general trip cancellation terms like?
A: Any cancellation of bookings by customers must be in writing and the following charges / refund terms apply:

90 days or more prior to commencement of trip date: Full Refund

89 days or less prior to commencement of trip date: No Refund (unless a substitute can be found)

For all cancellations, a AUD 150 processing fee per person will be charged.

Q: Are the trip dates fixed? Am I able to select my own travel dates?
A: All trip dates are predetermined and bookings will adhere strictly to the specified dates. Changes to trip dates will not be allowed.

Q: If I would like to travel for 2 weeks, can I make a booking for 2 weeks in a row?
A: Yes. To stay with us for two consecutive weeks, just book two trips. (Add two trips to cart)

GEAR RENTAL (SKI/SNOWBOARD)
Q: Are gear rentals included in the package price?
A: Rentals are not included in the package price. We will be in touch if you require rental of gear or equipment.

Q: How much does it cost to rent gear?
A: Rental of equipment typically ranges from 7,500 to 9,500 JPY per day (snowboard and boots / ski and boots)

IMPORTANT: Personal gear such as goggles, balaclava, facemasks, gloves and glove liners are not available for rental. It is recommended to purchase them prior to the trip if you do not have them.

LIFT TICKETS (SKI RESORT)
Q: Why are lift tickets not included?
A: Our trips prioritise flexibility. Excluding lift tickets from our prices allows guests to explore different resorts or take a day off. We will guide you with the purchase of tickets at the resort.

Q: How much are the lift tickets?
A: In Hokkaido, Japan, the cost of a lift ticket at a snow resort can vary depending on the resort. One-day adult lift ticket typically ranges from 7,000 to 12,000 JPY. Popular resorts may charge on the higher end of this range.

​Q: Where is Hokkaido?
A: Hokkaido is the northernmost of Japan's main islands.
​
Q: How do I get to Hokkaido (Sapporo)?
A: To reach Hokkaido, travellers typically fly to either Tokyo (Narita or Haneda). From there, they take a domestic flight to New Chitose Airport (CTS) in Hokkaido, the island's main gateway. Flight time from Tokyo to Sapporo is approximately 1h 35m. There are frequent flight disruptions / delays during the winter season, so please take that into consideration when planning your flights.

MEAL ARRANGEMENTS
Q: How will meals be settled during the trip?
A: All meals and its costs will be settled by individuals. We are able to provide recommendations. Note that we may make some restaurant reservations for group dinners (optional).

Q: Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets around our accommodation?
A: Yes, a variety of convenience stores and supermarkets are conveniently located close to the accommodation.
